You'll play a crucial role in building, integrating, and testing the Neutron launch vehicle's mechanical, fluids, and avionics systems. Your work will directly support the development of a reusable medium-lift rocket for mega constellation deployment. This role offers the chance to work on clean-sheet launch vehicle development with a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement assembly and test procedures
• Provide hands-on leadership to technician teams
• Troubleshoot issues and drive workflow improvements
• Specify and set up technician workstations and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years assembly/test experience in regulated manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain ITAR clearance (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

• Experience with launch vehicle fluid systems (pneumatic, cryogenic, electrical)
• Maintenance skills including troubleshooting and precision cleaning
