💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale integrations within the Workday ecosystem at Unity. You'll lead the migration of existing integrations from legacy platforms into Workday-native solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across Finance, HR, and IT. This role offers a chance to tackle complex integration challenges at a leading game engine company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, and RaaS.
• Lead migration of iPaas-based integrations to Workday-native frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration failures.

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Deep understanding of Workday data model for Financials and Payroll.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, Coupa, Workiva, CloudPay, Okta.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
