💼 About This Role

You'll drive product development and production for aerospace programs, championing the transition from NPI to rate manufacturing. Your work ensures high-quality composite and metallic structures meet stringent standards. This role offers hands-on impact in a cutting-edge defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product development via reviews, quality planning, and inspection.
• Coordinate quality requirements with Supply Chain for incoming parts.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB).
• Establish metrics for quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality on aerospace vehicles or systems.
• Working knowledge of aerospace quality standards and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AS9100 / AS6500 / ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
• Experience with government contracts and MIL standards.
