💼 About This Role

You'll join TheFork's HR operations team to support employees from onboarding to offboarding in France and Belgium. You'll ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws while managing data and payroll. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment within a leading restaurant tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries via ticketing system
• Manage employee files and administrative tasks (contracts, addendums)
• Prepare payroll inputs and validate outputs for France and Belgium
• Maintain HR data in Workday and prepare HR reports

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR operations experience in France
• Expertise in French labor law and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Workday and Google Suite
• Fluency in French and English (advanced)

• Good level of Spanish
• International experience in HR
