You'll partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals and retention, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise retail brands. You'll build success plans and drive feature adoption to help customers achieve their goals. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention
- Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance
- Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
- Maintain ongoing contact via check-ins and Executive Business Reviews
๐ Requirements
- 2-5+ years of Customer Success or related experience
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing Automation, or APIs

- Project Management or Onboarding experience
- Experience with retail or consumer brands
- HTML or programming knowledge
