💼 About This Role

You'll join Bellwether's Debt Asset Management Team to oversee a portfolio of real estate debt investments. You'll evaluate property performance, present recommendations to senior management, and mentor junior staff. This role offers direct client interaction and hands-on experience with complex financial modeling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of debt investments across all property types
• Develop and maintain asset-level cash flow reforecasting models
• Manage draw review process for construction or renovation projects
• Guide analysts in maintaining asset- and portfolio-reporting models

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in asset management, development, or acquisitions
• Experience with real estate financial modeling in Excel
• Ability to read and analyze loan documents, leases, and management agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ARGUS Enterprise

• Familiarity with commercial real estate data resources like CoStar or Real Capital Analytics
