💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow the FP&A team at Loop, leveraging AI-driven tooling to transform finance processes. You'll own annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling while partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, driving process transformation.
• Build financial metrics and reporting for hybrid human/agent workforce.
• Own annual planning and monthly rolling forecast processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for performance and investment analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Direct management experience in FP&A
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-tooling like Claude, Replit, Drivetrain
• Background in B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with M&A evaluation
