You'll lead the study of project plans and generate cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You'll coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create competitive bids. You'll support project managers with change orders and use estimating software like AccuBid.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare RFIs to resolve conflicts in bid documents.
• Develop itemized cost estimates using AccuBid and LiveCount.
• Mark up drawings in Bluebeam Revu for documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
• Proficiency in AccuBid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
• Ability to read and comprehend specifications and trade drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical construction methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Residential and Commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with BIM coordination.
