Description

You will provide one-on-one home health care for an 11-year-old pediatric client with a malignant brain tumor requiring trach care and tube feedings. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to collaborate with CHOP while building specialized nursing skills.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Pediatric trach experience preferred
• Must complete paid tracheostomy training
• Available for 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, days, evenings, overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric client with trach and tube feedings
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Document care electronically
• Partner with CHOP for complex disease management
