Description

You will lead end-to-end customer engagements for enterprise AI teams, driving renewals, growth, and operational excellence. Partnering with product, sales, and engineering, you'll ensure consistent delivery of Label Studio and data services while building scalable processes and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Track record of managing customer renewals, forecasting, and supporting sales expansion
  • Empathetic with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and engineering teams
  • Ability to manage SLAs and drive quality improvement
  • Interest in human-created data for AI capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive operational processes for on-time delivery of platform and data services
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customer projects
  • Manage long-term customer health, identifying and preempting risk
  • Partner with clients to understand operational issues and advocate for solutions
  • Create feedback loop between frontline operations, product, strategy, and customers
