You'll join Celonis' Business Development team in Madrid as a key member supporting an international sales team. You'll engage in account research and strategic prospecting with a heavy focus on cold calling to set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. This internship offers a structured path into a full-time BDR role with real client exposure and weekly coaching.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Align focus accounts with account team
- Identify key influencers and decision makers within target companies
- Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
๐ Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or comparable program
- Native (or equivalent) proficiency in French
- Business proficiency in English
- At least 6 months of full-time availability from August/September 2026
โจ Nice to Have
- First experience in a Sales-related role
- First proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft
- First experience in account research, planning, and prospecting cold calling
