You'll join Celonis' Business Development team in Madrid as a key member supporting an international sales team. You'll engage in account research and strategic prospecting with a heavy focus on cold calling to set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. This internship offers a structured path into a full-time BDR role with real client exposure and weekly coaching.

  • Align focus accounts with account team
  • Identify key influencers and decision makers within target companies
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or comparable program
  • Native (or equivalent) proficiency in French
  • Business proficiency in English
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability from August/September 2026

โœจ Nice to Have

  • First experience in a Sales-related role
  • First proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft
  • First experience in account research, planning, and prospecting cold calling
