You'll join a team owning ASAPP's infrastructure, designing automated tools and building reliable systems for a high-growth startup. You'll drive performance and reliability for a leading AI customer experience platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with product teams on service architecture and implementation.
• Deliver infrastructure as code and automate everything.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to reduce MTTR.
• Own Kubernetes/AWS infrastructure for product engineers.
• Design secure networking solutions in production systems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience bringing software to production at scale.
• Understanding of distributed systems and failure scenarios.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Python, and/or Go.
• Knowledge of AWS services and container management.

✨ Nice to Have

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in product-oriented environments.
• Scalable distributed applications experience.
