Requirements
- 4+ years experience in logistics, ideally at tech companies or marketplaces
- Experience in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, and growth strategies
- Advanced data analysis skills with Google Sheets, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Looker)
- Proactive, structured thinking, results-oriented
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and influence without authority
Responsibilities
- Define pricing strategies and cost structures to ensure target margins
- Manage incentive budget and develop schemes to drive usage growth
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Design and maintain operational data models and automated reports
