You'll provide strategic financial support to engineering and operations teams at a leading fusion energy company. Your core impact will be driving financial performance and decision-making through FP&A and business partnering. You'll work closely with senior leadership in a highly visible role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop budgets, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts with business leaders.
• Act as financial advisor to engineering, manufacturing, and R&D leadership.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership and board.
• Support capital allocation decisions with financial modeling and analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance with focus on FP&A and business partnering
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
