Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems while responding to service calls and completing work reports. This role involves extensive daily travel and occasional overnights.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must reside in Hanover, New Hampshire area

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, or replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
