You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, develop sourcing strategies, and drive employer branding initiatives to help hire top talent for a fast-growing aerospace company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for tech roles (7 for Senior)
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
• Manage pipeline of candidates and ensure outstanding candidate experience
• Track recruitment KPIs
• Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies
