💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team handling 401(k) terminations and deconversions, ensuring accurate and timely transition of client plans. Your core impact will be to operationalize product and process changes while maintaining rigorous quality control. You'll serve as the operational bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach, develop, and performance-manage a team of Associates
  • Own quality control processes and SLA management for terminations lifecycles
  • Establish and monitor KPIs including accuracy rates and processing times
  • Manage escalations involving complex termination issues and compliance concerns
  • Serve as operational bridge between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Compliance

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of people-management experience in a regulated financial environment
  • Direct operational experience with 401(k) plan terminations or deconversions
  • Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle within a 401(k) product
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage quality control processes and tight SLAs
