Description

You will manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and client support. You'll also review expenses, maintain vendor records, and help improve billing processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Experience with billing, invoicing, or basic accounting required
• Highly organized and able to manage concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced startup
• Firm but polite approach with high emotional intelligence for collections
• Proficiency in QuickBooks/FreshBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
• High integrity when handling sensitive financial data

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for new sales and renewals and track outstanding payments
• Process and reconcile incoming payments (ACH, wire, credit cards, checks)
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies or disputes
• Review employee and marketing expense submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Track marketing costs and vendor payments, maintain organized billing records
