🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Site Managers in overseeing on-site construction activities and subcontractor compliance.
• Support execution of delivery strategies to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Help manage on-site stakeholder relationships through clear communication.
• Monitor subcontractor performance ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Assist with document control, punch lists, and quality control processes.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction project support with commercial interior fit outs.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards on-site.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
