💼 About This Role

You'll lead IT strategy for a venture builder, managing infrastructure, security, and a team of engineers. You'll drive Zero Trust adoption and IAM transformation to scale with business growth. This role offers ownership of budget and cross-office infrastructure projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement IAM strategy with Okta or Google Identity
• Manage Google Workspace security and automation
• Oversee IT budget, procurement, and asset management
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as IT Manager or Head of IT
• Experience managing a team of 8+ engineers
• Expertise in IAM (Okta/Azure AD/Google Identity)
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL, Okta Certified, or Google Workspace Professional Admin
• Scripting in Python or Bash
• Experience with SOC2 or ISO 27001 audits
