🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct evidence-based primary care to cancer patients
• Collaborate with partner oncology providers managing patients' cancer
• Coordinate care and optimize referrals to community providers

📋 Requirements

• Unrestricted MD or DO license with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• At least 4 years of direct patient care experience in primary care
• Extensive knowledge of chronic disease management and palliative care
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams
