💼 About This Role

You'll own paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns for a fast-growing AI companionship platform. Your work will directly drive user growth from 50M to 100M users. You'll collaborate with the CMO and execute high-velocity testing loops to optimize CAC and LTV.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google etc.)
• Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Build and iterate on high-converting landing pages with content and product teams

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Analytical fluency in GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
