💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing renewable energy company as an Electrical Technician, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, controls, and mechanical equipment in a wood pellet production facility. You'll ensure safe and efficient operations on assigned shifts, improving reliability and performance through preventative and corrective maintenance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform installation, maintenance, and electrical field work on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC controlled devices, motor control centers, and VFDs.
• Wire, repair AC/DC circuits and 480V/4160V electrical distribution equipment.
• Monitor production process parameters and adjust for safe, efficient performance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• 4 years of electrical experience.
• Proficient in basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to interpret sketches, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

✨ Nice to Have

• High School degree or GED plus 4 years electrical experience.
• Technical training program or advanced degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming and DeviceNet/ControlNet.
