💼 About This Role

You'll join Notion's Legal team to streamline daily operations and build scalable programs. You'll work closely with the Legal Operations Lead to clarify processes and improve tools. This role focuses on legal tech and AI enablement to drive efficiency and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage eBilling and matter management processes
• Coordinate approvals with Legal, Procurement, and Finance
• Maintain Legal's knowledge spaces and taxonomy
• Support evaluation and implementation of legal tech and AI tools

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in legal operations or legal technology
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for efficiency
• Experience with legal tech tools like matter management or CLM
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Notion as primary workspace
• Experience with Brightflag or Ironclad
• Process documentation and continuous improvement methodologies
