Description

You will manage the supply chain for Starlink in-flight connectivity solutions, developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 9+ years with advanced degree or 11+ years with bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, or related
• Experience in technical procurement (electronics or mechanical commodities)
• Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA requirements
• Experience in high-mix medium volume custom parts
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned to business requirements
• Drive make vs. buy decisions for new products
• Manage supplier contracts and performance
• Coordinate with engineering and quality for cost and quality improvements
• Conduct supplier analysis and sourcing plans
