Description

You will conduct virtual health assessments for Oscar Health members, performing preventative screenings, medication reconciliation, diagnosis, and health coaching. This role also supports virtual primary care and urgent care teams as needed.

Requirements

• PA from accredited program and NCCPA board certification
• Licensed in Georgia and one of Florida, Texas, or Ohio
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or HEDIS quality measures

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings and medication reconciliation
• Diagnose medical conditions and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach chronically ill members and engage those unlikely to see their PCP
• Cross-train into urgent care and virtual primary care service lines
• Interact with members virtually for assessment and treatment
