Description

You will report to the Director of Media and Public Relations, developing and managing earned media campaigns and engagement plans to communicate the organization's mission effectively. You will shape the organization's voice, craft powerful stories, engage audiences, and amplify the mission across media platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Media Relations, Public Relations, or Journalism
• Proven success in media relations with established media relationships
• Proficient in AP Style writing and editing
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with media
• Develop and execute earned media engagement plans
• Coordinate media events and prepare principals for interviews
• Assist with key messages, Q&A, fact sheets
• Build relationships with media-relations counterparts from allied organizations
