💼 About This Role

You'll own executive narrative development and reporting excellence for influencer and social programs. You'll translate complex program data into clear, compelling stories for C-suite leaders. This role sits at the center of how we communicate program impact and strategic direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop concise executive narratives from operational insights.
  • Create leadership-facing reporting materials, including TLDR slides and executive summary decks.
  • Refine reporting templates for clarity, consistency, and utility.
  • Partner with Operations in bi-weekly reviews to identify performance themes.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in strategy, executive communications, reporting at a major agency or global brand.
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into executive-ready narratives.
  • Strong experience building leadership-facing decks under tight timelines.
  • Expertise in interpreting operational and performance signals to inform storytelling.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer or social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with QBR processes and cross-functional reporting.
