๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the revenue enablement function, building programs and systems that make Wayflyer's sales and customer success teams measurably better. You'll design an enablement strategy grounded in data and lead a team to drive adoption and behavior change across the revenue organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Revenue Enablement team
- Own the full enablement roadmap across sales and CS
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to design programs
- Lead change management for enablement initiatives
๐ Requirements
- B2B/Fintech sales or enablement experience
- Revenue Enablement experience in high-growth environment
- Manager experience leading an enablement team
- Data-driven with ability to connect programs to revenue outcomes

- Track record of driving adoption of programs and tools
- Experience in a scale-up or technology company
- Knowledge of revenue enablement technology landscape
