💼 About This Role

You'll own the global Enterprise Technology function at Placer.ai, leading a lean team across the US and Israel. Your core impact is delivering a secure, scalable employee tech experience while driving AI-first IT transformation. You'll build governance frameworks for AI adoption and balance hands-on execution with strategic planning in a fast-scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global IT strategy, roadmap, budget, and team across all regions.
• Lead a distributed IT team and drive consistency in identity, endpoints, SaaS.
• Champion automation to reduce ticket volume and cost-per-employee.
• Partner on AI governance and roll out AI-powered IT tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate IT, with at least 5 in leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Okta, Google Workspace, and endpoint management.
• Experience leading IT in a global, high-growth tech company (250+ employees).
• Proven track record of automation and process improvement in IT operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools and governance in an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance programs.
• Background in SaaS governance and shadow IT reduction.
