💼 About This Role

You'll train other technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy metal pulling and roof repair, at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to first-rate condition for customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train other autobody technicians on bodywork techniques
• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling on panels
• Execute metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Complete roof, rocker panel, and large area Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 18
• Ability to work mandatory overtime in a fast-paced environment

• ASE certification
• Experience with heavy metal pulling and stud welding
• Previous training or mentoring experience
