You'll lead mechanical system design for industrial and commercial facilities while collaborating with a multi-disciplined team. You'll perform energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis to design sustainable building performance systems. This role also offers opportunities to support business development and expand market presence in the Pacific Northwest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Model and design HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for facilities.
• Perform energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis.
• Prepare mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive design experience for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer in one or more states.
• Experience with energy modeling and load calculations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience with Trane Trace 3D or energy modeling software.
• LEED certification.
