You'll onboard and train restaurant partners on our software solutions, customizing them to each restaurant's operational needs and driving adoption. You'll act as a consultant to help restaurateurs digitize their operations and maximize the value of our platform. This role offers the chance to shape the training strategy and collaborate with product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and personalize software tools for each restaurant's operational needs
• Conduct training sessions via phone, in-restaurant, or virtually
• Collect and share restaurant feedback with product teams
• Create training materials like guides, videos, and webinars

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial or customer management experience in B2B online environment
• Native Spanish and high-level English
• Experience with e-learning platforms and SaaS systems
• Willingness to travel
