You'll pitch and produce engaging long-form videos for Morning Brew's YouTube channel, leading every aspect from research and scripting to shooting and hosting. Your content will help build real relationships with a next-generation audience. This role is in Manhattan, part of a fast-growing media brand known for its witty business content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pitch engaging story ideas aligned with business news pillars
• Conduct research and script writing optimized for YouTube
• Lead shoots as director or DP and serve as on-camera host
• Edit stringouts and guide video editors for final delivery

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio of high-performing YouTube videos produced and hosted
• Located in greater New York City area and able to work in Manhattan office
• Proven experience in video journalism and end-to-end production
• Strong on-camera presence with communication and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shooting on Sony FX3's
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Interest in business-related news
