💼 About This Role

You'll act as the backbone of the Seller Success team, driving convergence and efficiency across all seller channels. You'll build dashboards and streamline workflows to uncover data-driven insights. Partner with Analytics, Product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that grow with us.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and refine dashboards for Seller Success Managers
• Streamline team workflows and eliminate manual processes
• Run and optimize seller incentive programs
• Act as data quality guardian for business reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business operations, sales ops, or BI
• Strong analytical chops with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Fluency in English
• Track record of supporting commercial teams with processes and tools

• Experience with marketplace or e-commerce operations
• Background in designing seller or partner programs
