Description

You will lead the full lifecycle of DOW proposals, from kickoff to submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, compliant responses that drive Shift5's growth in government markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience managing DOW or federal government proposals
• Deep understanding of DOW acquisition processes and FAR/DFARS compliance
• Exceptional project management skills
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full proposal lifecycle for DOW opportunities
• Lead proposal kickoffs, color reviews, and final production reviews
• Translate complex technical solutions into persuasive proposal content
• Ensure strict compliance with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and best practices
