You'll lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation across government and commercial agreements, owning the full contract lifecycle. Your work will drive revenue enablement and deal velocity by reducing friction in contracting processes. This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and Go-To-Market in a fast-paced, defense-tech startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation across government and commercial agreements.
• Own the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to structure deals.
• Drive measurable impact in revenue enablement and deal velocity.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in government contracting or defense-tech industries.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate contracts independently.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or equivalent experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, NIST, or ITAR.
