🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain lawns, plantings, and irrigation systems.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Perform snow and ice removal as needed.
• Clean pool and spa per manufacturer specs.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of lawn/grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read instructions and document work.

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Experience with irrigation systems and fountains.
