- Design and implement organizational structure for CX
- Balance automation and human touch in customer interactions

π Requirements
- Experience managing 20+ people including middle managers
- Proven track record improving refund rate or retention
- Practical experience implementing AI/automation in customer support
- Experience building metric frameworks and dashboards for CX
