💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering teams building the financial intelligence platform for the AI-era at Cube. You'll drive internal tooling and AI workflows to accelerate developer velocity and reduce toil, acting as the operational partner to the CTO. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor engineering managers and TPMs, fostering ownership and accountability
• Design and ship internal engineering tooling, AI workflows, and automated safeguards
• Define and track meta-metrics like developer velocity and deployment frequency
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to align engineering roadmap with business outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Leading engineering teams of 15-30+ people through growth
• Active practitioner of AI-assisted development (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLMs)
• Deep experience with distributed systems (Celery, Redis, MySQL)
• Managing within SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA environments
