As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, executing strategic account plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored employee communication solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience exceeding targets, preferably in web technology, collaboration, or communication
  • 2+ years experience selling into the enterprise segment
  • Experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
  • Emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
  • Superior communication and closing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on net new logos and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and rally internal stakeholders for tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on account strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape in employee communication and engagement
  • Position Staffbase as a thought leader and trusted partner using market knowledge
