🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and build customer connections.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and check IDs accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and assist with inventory tasks.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in sales with KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment.
• Previous experience in a regulated retail setting.
