Description

You will work with Fortune 100 clients, analyzing legal conflicts, advising on solutions, and managing litigation and outside counsel. Partner with in-house teams and handle corporate litigation matters remotely on a contract basis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience
• Active bar license in state of residence
• Preference for in-house corporate environment
• Experience with database management of litigation materials

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters and advise clients on solutions
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Perform litigation management and outside counsel management
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance on corporate policies and litigation
