You'll lead the controlling team and build a scalable, data-driven steering function for a fast-growing beauty company. You'll make cost structures transparent and enable data-based decisions. This role offers the chance to shape finance processes in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage OPEX, personnel, and fixed cost planning and analysis.
• Prepare budget, forecast, and actual-vs-plan comparisons with recommendations.
• Drive fast close and improve cost center structures.
• Develop BI dashboards and cost KPIs for transparency.
• Lead and mentor the controlling team.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business with focus on Finance or Controlling.
• Several years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in high-growth or e-commerce.
• Several years of team leadership experience (fachlich or disziplinarisch).
• Advanced Excel skills for structured data analysis.
• C1 German and B2 English proficiency.
