💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Inspection Center team, repairing interior upholstery and glass on used vehicles. Your work ensures every car meets our quality standards before reaching customers. You'll use state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery
• Fix center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching
• Color match and dye cloth and fabric
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive interior and/or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime

• ASE certification
• Experience with color matching and dying
• Prior work in a high-volume reconditioning center
