You'll partner with the Behavior Planning team to plan and prioritize development of self-driving algorithms. You'll manage complex cross-functional projects at large scale, tracking progress and resolving dependencies. This role offers the chance to shape autonomous vehicle technology at a leading company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Behavior Planning leads to prioritize development.
• Assess requirements and facilitate selection of best options.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles and drive momentum across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Engineering Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Data Science, or related
• Familiarity with machine learning models, robotics, or computer vision systems
• Experience in project management with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
