🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide second-level support for PDI POS software issues.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email and web portal cases.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, documenting in case notes.
- Escalate issues and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of technical helpdesk support experience.
- SQL skills and database management knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7+).
- Basic networking knowledge.

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or forecourt environments.
