💼 About This Role

You'll manage accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple countries in our Warsaw office. You'll ensure compliance with US GAAP and deliver insightful analyses that drive business decisions. This role offers global collaboration and the chance to lead efficiency projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete US GAAP month-end transactions and analyses
• Deliver timely financial reporting to partners
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support External Auditors and audit plans

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
