Description

You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treat patients in-office or via telehealth, and collaborate with a clinical team. This role offers continuous learning and opportunities to perform in-office procedures while supervising NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of the last 5 years practicing in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care and ability to use technology

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
