You'll act as the primary technical advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their success with NICE's cloud contact center solutions. You'll drive customer satisfaction by resolving complex issues and proactively delivering value. This role offers ownership of key accounts and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Conduct regular reviews to understand customer objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Resolve customer issues and manage escalations across teams.
- Develop and present customized reports and success plans.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in a technical/service role in software or telecom.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise cloud telephony and contact center solutions.
- Project management and customer relationship skills.
